Julianne Felton

'The body of work on this website consists of paintings I created in the '90's to the present. My own website artistjf.com has mainly originals for sale. Some of those works are included on this website for those interested in prints. I've sold many paintings through the years and this site includes a few of those images too. Although I've done many signed and numbered prints myself and used to sell them at art festivals, it is a time-consuming process that I am not fond of. I like painting and creating with my hands much better. I photograph my own art and have done so for years. My own website is artistjf.com and has mainly original paintings dating from the 1990's to the present time.


I'm a wife, a mother, a grandmother and an artist. I've been rewarded with my art being collected and being included in some great shows and private collections. I've won a bunch of awards. I've has the pleasure of meeting and even working alongside a lot of great artists. I wanted to be an artist since I was a kid.

My paintings are come from a place within; a combination of inspiring memories, composition, and color. Some of my paintings are more contrived than others. I may have a specific idea or subject in mind where I like to draw with intensityand then paint. Other times, I just go with what comes and end up where the painting takes me.

I'm always busy working on new paintings and photographing them for the web. I also starting posting some of my photographs of landscapes and nature still life arrangements as well. I enjoy capturing an interesting subject with the camera and have also been doing that for many years.
